DHW Share Club

Share the Love. Earn the Rewards.

The DHW Share Club is our thank you to patients who support Dobson Health and Wellness by sharing their experience online. When you share, you earn points. When you earn points, you get rewards.

This program runs during these months March, May, July, September, and November.

Each Share Club month gives you the chance to earn discounts, upgrades, and special prizes just for spreading the word.

Monthly Rewards

You earn rewards based on how many times you share DHW each month.

• 1 share in a month earns $5 off your next visit

• 4 shares in a month earns $10 off your next visit

• 8 shares in a month earns $15 off your next visit or a free upgrade

  
  

Sharing once a week puts you in the middle reward level. Sharing twice a week unlocks the highest reward. Rewards are applied to the next month of services. For example if you. earn $15 in March it applies to April.

The Top Sharer of the Month receives a a425 or a free upgrade

Yearly Winner

The Top Sharer of the Year will receive a special grand prize to be announced

Leaderboard results are updated monthly so everyone can see where they stand.

How You Earn Points

Each approved action earns points. Points decide your reward level and your place on the leaderboard.

Point System

• One share or repost equals one point

• One Google review equals one point• One personal testimony post equals two points

• One in office selfie post equals two points

• In office Share a thon Friday equals four points

The more you share, the more you earn.

How the Share Club Works

1. Share DHW posts, stories, selfies, or testimonials and tag @dobsonhealthwellness

2. Our team tracks your shares and reviews throughout the month

3. At the end of the month we• Apply rewards based on your total points• Update the leaderboard with top sharers

4. Winners are announced during the last Feel Good Friday of the month

Important Things to Know

• All shares must be public and clearly tag @dobsonhealthwellness

• Rewards are applied to future visits only

• Discounts and upgrades cannot be combined unless stated

• DHW may review and verify all share
